Welllah.store ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Bimala Karki, an individual based in Jhapa, Nepal. We sell digital products, including the ebook The Midlife Fat Loss Protocol by Bimala Karki. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Our payment partner (Merchant of Record)
All purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller of record. This means:
Payment details (card, wallet, billing address) are entered on Creem's checkout. We never see or store your full payment details.
Creem handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, fraud checks, invoices, and refunds, and acts as an independent controller of that information under its own privacy policy: the Privacy Policy published on creem.io.
It shares limited order information with us (see below) so we can deliver your ebook and support you.
2. Information we collect
From Creem about your order: name, email address, country, order number, product purchased, purchase date, and payment status.
From you directly: messages, refund requests, and anything else you send to nischalsale@gmail.com or our forms.
Automatically on our website: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referral source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect: we do not ask for health information, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data. Please don't include medical details in messages to us.

To deliver your ebook and send your download link
To provide customer support and process refund requests
To send service emails about your order
To send occasional updates or offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our products
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
If you are in the EU/UK, our legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Creem (orders, payments, refunds, taxes)
Service providers such as our store platform, email delivery, file hosting, and analytics tools, who process data only on our behalf
Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies (to run the store), and analytics or marketing cookies where permitted. You can control cookies in your browser settings or through the cookie banner where shown. Creem may use its own cookies at checkout.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we and our providers use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal and tax requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). To make a request, email nischalsale@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
