How to request a refund

Email nischalsale@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
Please include the email address used for the purchase and your order number (found in your receipt). We reply within 2 business days.
Who processes your refund
Our orders are sold and processed by our payment partner, Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are for the full purchase price, including any taxes charged.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the money to appear. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your refund confirmation will come from Creem, separately from us.
What happens after a refund
Your license to the ebook ends once a refund is issued. Please delete your copies of the PDF. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period has passed.
Fair use
